Eggs are so versatile, and I love eating them, I love that you can use them in so many dishes. The egg and fish sauce recipe always reminds me of one of my aunty, every time we visits she always make it as she knows I love it. As you can tell, I love all kind of foods π. Egg and Titus sauce can be eaten with bread, yam, rice etc.
I make this a lot for breakfast especially when I have people over and it always get rave reviews. Itβs so easy to make yet it hits the spot every time. I was recently reminded to put the recipe on the website so let me share with you the way I make it. One of the secret ingredients is love, the other is happiness ha-ha.
Ingredients
4 Servings
8 Fresh eggs
1 Onion diced
1 Capsicum diced
1 Tomato chopped
1 Seasoning (Maggi or Knorr)
Β½ tsp Curry
2 Titus Can
5 Tablespoon of oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Add the oil to the pan
Place the onion and capsicum in the pan. Add a dash of salt and pepper, and simmer on medium-low heat for about 5-10 minutes
Add the chopped tomato
Add curry and seasoning to taste
Place the Titus sardine in the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes
In a separate bowl, beat eggs
Pour the egg in the mixture while stirring. Stir until the sauce thickens a bit, but do not let it come to boil.
Serve hot at room temperature.
